___ COPY of Baptism certificate
___ Church registration envelope #
___ Registration Fees:
Registered: $75 for 1 child /$100 for two or more
Non-registered: $125.00 for 1 child, and $150.00 for 2 or more children.

RCIA Program

Our RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults) Program will meet weekly on Monday nights.

Registration for First Communion and Confirmation
Registration will be Sundays:
July 8 & 15 and August 5 & 12.
To register your child you must bring:
- Completed packet
- COPY of Baptism certificate
- Church registration envelope #
- Registration Fees:
- Registered families who have been using envelopes regularly: $75 for 1 child and $100 for two or more children.
- Non-registered families, or families who are registered but do not regularly use envelopes: $125.00 for 1 child, and $150.00 for 2 or more children.
Please begin budgeting for these fees now.
Confirmation: As required by the diocese and our Bishop, if you have a teen who will be preparing for the sacrament of Confirmation, he or she must be 16 years of age by April 1st of the year of Confirmation, and have a full year of catechesis before beginning the two year process for the sacrament. The year of catechesis can be completed by attending Youth Night.

Pre-paid pictures will be available for pick-up on Sunday, June 24th from 9am to 2:30pm outside of church.
